Progress Bar

Can someone help me create this shape layer? I've been trying to make it but haven't succeeded.

I made a shape like this by combining two shapes on a shape layer.

Place a rectangle right next to a second rectangle so they overlap.

Set the roundness of one of the rectancles so it has rounded corners.

Use the Add button (it's across from Contents on a shape layer) to add the Merge Paths effect (this is the equivalent of pathfinder in Illustrator).
