Project file crashes

If you have a composition that always hangs or crashes at a specific time, you can troubleshoot the problem by selecting all layers, pressing the U key twice to reveal all modified properties, then turning off or resetting modified properties that may be causing problems. Failed renders and massive slowdowns are almost always caused by one or more effects eating up system resources or by a corrupted compressed footage layer running into a problem with decoding. 

Without workflow details and without seeing an embedded by dragging instead of the attached screenshot showing us the modified properties of the problem layers, it's impossible to suggest anything but clearing the cache and changing rendering options. It is very unlikely that any of those solutions will do anything if your comp is constantly locking up on the same frame.
