Properties panel no longer showing all info

Somehow the properties panel doesn’t show detail info. For example, I used to be able to click on a layer with a shape, and the shape info would be accessible. No longer. Same with type, click on a text layer and nothing.

Thanks for writing in. It happens when multiple players are highlighted. Is there another highlighted layer that’s not visible in the screenshots? If not, can you try running After Effects in Safe Mode with third-party plug-ins disabled and see if that helps?
