property("ADBE Time Remapping").canSetExpression returns false

audioLayer.property("ADBE Time Remapping").canSetExpression returns false. Why? I can set expression to the audio layer's time remapping manually, why is it disabled with the script?

    Time Remapping has to be enabled on that layer before canSetExpression will return true.
