Proportional Grid turns on with Reduce Project

Mac OS 10.13.61, After Effects 17.1.4

Proportional Grid, Guides, Rulers are turned on (in ALL comps) when I Reduce Project.

Doesn't break anything, just really annoying. Any advice / fix available?
