ProRes Distorting Colours

Hi all,

I'm exporting a clip with ProRess 422 via MediaEncoder on all the default setting with the maximum depth and maximum quality boxes checked but the colours are still being distorted as you can see in the screenshots below. Please help!

In after effects I just have an adjustment layer over everything with a lumetri colour effect, the values are also in a screenshot below.
