Proxies don't inherit source file color profile in OCIO

Hi,

It's great that OCIO finally hit the Adobe ecosystem but as can be seen in the discussions on the beta forums a lot of features are still missing. 

One I just discovered is that we can't select any input profiles for proxies attached to footage. This RED file is decoding to RWG/Log3G10 but the proxy doesn't have any profile after assigning that to the main file resulting in an incorrect presentation.

Would be nice if the proxy just inherits the source file profile automatically. And maybe optionally have separate control over what that input profile is should we have a situation where they could be different.
