There are any way to create a puppet pin betwen two other puppet pins points but in a way that this one do not affect the mesh? I need a pin that just follow (or track) the modifications of the mesh made by the other puppet pins,  I want to use it just like a track to link other objects on it.

Pins are not attached to the mesh, so this is moot. The logic is the otehr way around. Pins are imaginary force-fields placed onto the mesh, but they are not intrinsically connected to the mesh vertices or edges. So what you think you can do, you can't do. You still need some expression or other method to constrain the pin. To reduce its influence, simply use the Starchz tool with negative values.
