[Question] 3D tracking? a (slow)spinning objects

Hello everyone, I've got a question.

I whas just doing some rotoscoping on some objects i later on will use in my video, and I whas thinking about how to track this for for example put a mark from myself on it. 

Now to be more clear the objects are spinning slowly and clearly in a complete circle horizontal. There is no camera movement. Its just the objects that ( on my rotoscoped green screen ) is rotating.

So the question just is:

How can I ( for example ) put my name on the back of this box? Do I use 3D camera tracking?
