Question about media disc cache in AE

Ok so in PP I use a fast SSD and a 1TB Sata. When editing the footage is on the SSD, after I finish I put the footage on the SATA as well as the Media Cache files.

In AE now the recomendation is to put the footage on an other harddrive than the Disc cache. This means I should put all the cache data on ssd and the footage on the sata drive?
