Question about the size of puppet pins

Hi guys!

I've been trying to make some animations with the puppet pin, but the yellow dots that appear when I place a pin look insanely small on my 4k monitor. I attached a screenshot so you can see what I see on each monitor.

Is there a way to increase the size of these or do people just embrace the squinting asian guy meme when using a 4k monitor?
