Questions about working with CSV spreadsheets in Adobe After Effects

Hello everyone! 

I would like to use Adobe After Effects to automate the messages in some videos I already have. The goal is to insert the names of all recipients so that they receive it in a personalized way. I am quite inexperienced with Adobe tools and am having difficulties doing this. Does anyone know of any educational material or support on this topic?
