Hello!

Does anyone of you know how to automatically adjust the size of the image to the size of the composition in such a way that the edges of the image coincide with the inner edges of the composition? I'll also add that the image has the same proportions as the composition, but the image has a higher resolution. I know that I can do this manually by setting the "scale" to the appropriate percentage for a given image. It takes quite a long time, however, and I have a lot of such pictures.

Greetings cordially,

Paul

Simply go to Layer/Transform/Fit to comp

also you can select Fit to comp height or width

You should be careful with fit to comp. This will distort your image unless the frame ratio exactly matches the frame ratio of the comp. A better option is to fit horizontally or fit vertically. Just pick the smallest dimension. If you use Fit to Comp always check the scale. If the values are not equal then the image is distorted.
