You'll need to transcode the source MOV such that it uses a supported CODEC.

 

Supported CODECs are listed here:

Dropped support for QuickTime 7 era formats and codecs

 

Shutter Enccoder (donation-ware) might be able to convert it.  If using it, pick something from the "Edit Codecs" category.  Not knowing anything else about your source clip, I'd go with ProRes 422 LT but ProRes 422 HQ or ProRes 4444 with Alpha may be better choices.

 

Some legacy QuickTime CODECs require opening the file on computer running an older operating system like Windows 8 or macOS 10.12 that supports QuickTime driver version 7 to modernize the file.

it did help very much i got shutter enccoder and had to use vp9 with alpha channel enabled because witch converted it to webm because it takes up so little space
