Raining Character Effect not there

Raining Character In and Out effects when used on a text layer, shows up as the Ehco effect in the Effects Control panel. May not be a big deal, tho. I'm only using because I'm going through the lessons in "Classrooom in a Book" for AE. Anyone else note this problem? Does Adobe read these posts?

Hi Robert
This is a really old post now but it caught me out.  When you apply the effect, you should still be inside the Location comp, not the FishSwim comp.  That will then show you all the attributes discussed in the book.  If you are in the main FishSwim comp, just double click on LOCATION to then see all the options.

I don't understand the issue. Presets are just a collection of effects and settings. A preset could apply any number of effects to a layer. The Raining Character In/Out presets apply text animators and an Echo effect to a text layer they've been applied to.
