RAM and Memory Problem

Recently I have been getting a "Low memory warning", telling me to adjust my RAM which I have done. I am editing on a 2017 MacBook Pro and have never encountered this issue. I have 8 GB of RAM storage, but it has never been a problem until now. I have 20 GB of storage available and have cleared my cache, nothing seems to work. Please leave any suggestions, thank you!
