ok so the multi rendering renders my video in timeline bars green i want to ram preview it and it wont do it it just keeps trying to render out footage even after its done

Could you share your system specification (CPU, GPU, RAM, OS version)? Does it happen with all the projects? First thing I'd suggest is to check the settings in the Preview panel.
