Bei mir kommen die ganze Zeit Ram Probleme, obwohl ich schon alles auf das niedrigste gestellt habe und es stürtzt auch immer dann ab.

    How much RAM do you have in your computer?  It sounds like other resources are using the RAM.  It might be that you have to render out your comp with fewer effects (switch off intensive effects) then reapply the switched off effects to the rendered footage and render again.
