Random characters - character value bug

I wanted to share some insights when animating random text characters I got using Character Value and Character Offset, which is probably a bug in AE. At some frames a few characters are getting cropped - either left, right, top or bottom. Suuuper enoying. What I figured out is that Character Value with anything higher than 0 will result in this big. 1 or 2 might be working, but mostly not. Now I think its even strange Character Value even exsist..
