Some of the rendering is working but the other part us not, please help.

Hi,

Thanks for the question. It's not easy to see what exactly the problem might be without the project and source footage. Feel free to upload it and I can have the team take a look at it. PM me the link, if you like. My suspicion is that it has to do with the source footage. If you transcode the footage to ProRes, does it work OK then? Let me know. Sorry for the frustration.

I'm not that tech savy how do I upload the project ?

You can upload the project to a cloud service like Google Drive, Dropbox, etc, and share the download link with me or Kevin. Also, what version of After Effects are you using? A similar issue was fixed in the latest version (25.4) of After Effects. Update if you haven't already.
