    Hi there,

    Sorry for the issue. Are you experiencing this problem with all file types? Please also check if your GPU drivers are up-to-date. If you see this issue with specific source files, try transcoding them to an edit-friendly codec like Quicktime Prores 422 LT. You can use Shutter Encoder (https://adobe.ly/4bOXlRF) to transcode media.
