Re-install Cinema 4d Lite

Hi,

I accidentally deleted the Cinema 4d lite app, that comes bundled with After Effects. Tbh, I didn't knew that it was part of the suite, so I thought it was a leftover from previous installations.

Now, for my learning purposes I need to have cinema 4d back. I have searched a lot yet, I doubt if there's an easy way to get the software back.

Perhaps someone can help me install it, without having to manually install - uninstall AE again?
