Recover deleted file from project window

I just accidently deleted a photoshop layer file from my project panel and it instantly broke multiple of the comps that it was used in.

Would really appreciate if anyone can help me figure out how to recover or replace it?

look for it i one of the auto save files ,

go to prefrences-auto save - then look where the application saving the files

1 - open the location of the auto save files

2 - try remember the time you had deleted the layer in

3 - look in the files for a copy have been saved before the time you deleted the layer ( you can find the date and time in the proprties of the file )

If you deleted the file, then everything is simply gone and you have to reimport it and start over. AE has no magic memory and the undo queue only gets you so far back...
