Rectangular parts of video material missing in preview and render

Hi, I've gottent these squares missing on some of my video clips that have been imported into AE and comped there as well. How can I remove these? They appear in both in preview and rendered files and shows up randomly as well as changes position when playing it back. Any replies are very much appreciated!

Try updating or rolling back your graphics driver directly from the video card manufacturer’s site. If NVIDIA, do a clean installation of the latest Studio Driver (NOT the Game Driver).
