Red Giant Won’t License

I downloaded Red Giant, and am trying to apply Looks to a clip, and for days it has just said "Licensing..." it never finishes licensing and I don't know how to fix it. Can anyone help?

(I'm using After Effects 2022)

If you need further help with this, I'd advise going directly to support on Maxon / Red Giant.

It's just a button, it's not "loading" the license. If you click it, it will open your Maxon app for licensing. It looks like that for everyone.

Here's mine.
