Redscreen + sound preview issues

Hello everyone, it still 4 month I don't find the solve for my problem. This problem happened everytime I want to use video in all adobe software. When I import my video in the different software of Adobe, the preview is red, on the full lenght of the video too.

I have another problem with my preview video in AE, when I try to make a preview with, I don't have any sound, I searched everywhere, in preferences, windows, nothing worked. Huge problem when you study Motion design.

I'm using : Windows 10, 64bit.
16Go RAM
nVidia GeForce GTX 1060 6Go
Intel Core i7

and all adobe software in 2018.
I don't know if this will help but I hope so.
