Relinking all Presets to Element 3D from Video Copilot

I recently moved the assets for Video Copilot into a separate drive in order to save room on my computer's hard drive. But now the Presets such as Bevels, Environments and Materials are all missing. It says the folders are empty. I can relink elements that were existing within a given scene but I want to reload them all and can't figure out how to do this. Anyone know a way?
