Removed effect still showing up on another PC

Hi community.

I have sent an AE file, as collected files to another friend. And she's telling me that after effects is giving her a warning that Optic Glow is missing. But I have removed it from the AE file, and have replaced it with After effects Glow effect.

I have gone through the 5 layers, and Optic Glow is deleted. no where to be used on any layers.

why is the missing effect still coming up?

If you get your friend to search for "missing effects" in the project panel, it should highlight the composition where the effect is still added.
