Removing the lettering on a car tailgate

Dear All. I have several videos from which I need to remove some objects. Using Adobe After Effects, is it possible to remove the lettering on a car tailgate, such as the one in the video on the minute 3:16? Will the lettering be replaced by pixels with the same color as the body of the vehicle? Do I need to remove frame by frame in this motion picture? Thank you.

The most efficient workflow depends entirely on the shot. Sometimes you can use a workflow that involves Mocha AE and a workflow I call Stabilized Power Pin. Instead of replacing the background of this bench with a graphic, you could use Photoshop to create a clean frame and remove everything on the bench,

If the movement is simpler, you could use Content-Aware Fill.

I have replaced objects or hidden things in a shot using about 50 different workflows. The most efficient workflow depends entirely on the shot. Show us a specific shot, and we can make better suggestions.
