Sorry for the poor experience. Could you share screenshots or a screen recording of the issue so we can better understand the problem? Please also let us know what type of source files you are working with (are they screen recordings or recorded using a camera?). Also, do you see the issue while previewing the media or exporting it? These details will help us find a solution to the problem.
