Render color difference in after effects

Hey guys, I imported and animated an illustration on After effects, but while rendering the color code of the BG changed slightly. When I compared the color codes on the export and the illustrator file, both are starkly different.

the 1st image is the color from illustrator.

The 2nd image is the color that is exported after the rendering on encoder in mp4 format.

How do I fix this issue?

Same old, same old: None of this has any meaning without proper color management and your screenshots clearly indicate that you are not using any - neither in AI nor AE. That and of course H.264/ MP4 has reduced colro fidelity as well and your green is actually a terrible color for this scenario, so you basically can't avoid it. In any case, you have to study up on this stuff. No pointg getting worked up on color codes when that's just not how this works. You will always have soem deviations in your MP4, but you may be able to improve matters if you actually use color management and optimize the colors to fall within the reduced gamut.
