Render glitch

A frame from another clip keeps popping up in places i Never put it.  Ive tried changing the frame rate, purging the memory and disc cache, copying the project, changing the clips whose ghost frames appear in the comp, and Rendering a precomp but it still hasn't worked.  ive Been trying for 3 hours
