Render Issue in After Effects

If I am importing any file on After Effects, be it an Illustrator file or a PNG, it is not getting rendered through media encoder but if I am using a soild layer in After effects, Media Encoder is rendering it. Can anyone please help me in figuring out this issue?

    What happens when you try to export? Do you see any error messages? Does it happen in a specific project? Try changing the location of the PNG and Illustrator files and importing them from the new location.
