RENDER PROBLEM WITH M1 CHIP

Hello first of all sorry about my english. The problemi have is that whenever i want to render a video from after effects or media encoder, it stop at some point but doesnt give any error whatsoever. I just stays there. I tested how long can it stays like that and as far as i can see, forever pretty much. 

In order to close stop the process (that it is already froze) i need to force exit the program via activity monitor. 

Anyone else having this issue with this computer Macbook pro m1 

in the screenshot i attached, it says that its been 12 minutes of processing time, but this project has been like this almost 2 hours.
