Render queue switch to timeline at rendering

Everything was as usual))) then something happened and when I click render in the render queue the view jumps to the timeline tab which is rendering and I can't see the processes in the render queue tab (( I can't stop rendering (
what to do ? where to look ? maybe i accidentally pressed some key combination ?

This usually happens when effects are hardware accelerated and request specific render modes on the GPU that trigger a redraw. You should stiull be able to just click on the tabs, though. it may just jump back immediately. Otherwise just let it finish.

Just let it finish is not probably a suboptimal idea, because when rendering a project, that renders for more than an hour, you have to wait and just can´t do anything. I always have to force quit after effects. Is there any solution for that problem now?
