Render setting automatically changes to Mercury Software Only

This behavior makes me crazy every time I use AE. Why does the render setting randomly set to Software only? When the performance is getting slow, most of the time, this is the cause of that situation.

 

Because of this problem, I can't work with the confidence that everything is perfectly set up. How can I get rid of this problem?

    Without any info about your system and settings, in particular your hardware acceleration stuff, we can't tell you anything. You have to be much more specific.

    Here's info about my system.

     

    OS: Windows 11

    CPU: Intel i9 10900k

    GPU: nvidia RTX 3090 with studio driver

    RAM: 64GB

    I'm using the latest version of AE 2023.

     

    For more information, this occurs almost always when I have killed the process of AE(When it crashes). But I think the force-quit is not the main cause of this behavior. It also often occurs when I work on a heavy project.

     

    It's so hard to figure out the main cause of this problem alone. I'd really appreciate it if anyone could help me.
