Rendered AE comp is pixelated with AI vector mask

So, I'm working on an intro peice for a film and for some reason when I try to encode it the edges are pixelated. I've triple checked the settings and have checked the .ai file I'm using as a mask and it's 3k where my comp is 1080. I can't seem to crack this one. I've done a dynamic link into Premiere but it does the same thing. I've pre-rendered it, I've made a Quicktime in AE and it's messed up. HELP!

when you view your AE Composition at 100% - are you seeing pixelated edges?

show us full screenshots and more information about your setup.

So here's a quick screen shot. When viewed at 100% full resolution, there is NO pixelation in either program only when encoding it.

I've tried various encoding settings from quality to size and it still pixelates.

try this. import the rendered video to your Ae timeline and watch it at 100%. is it pixelated? place it on top of the original comp, do they look the same?

if they do - then nothing is wrong, you are probably viewing in a player above 100%.

if they don't and your render looks pixelated - show us the comparison, and tell us your render and output settings.
