Also system specs and sizing of the media that you're working with.

Здравствуйте, я подгружаю в AE файл из иллюстратора, с помощью DUIK работаю с ним, и когда он перегружается действиями, он начинает очень сильно тормозить и сбивать настройки. Я работаю с ноутбука, 16 GB, видеокарта NVIDIA GE FORCE 450

Thanks for sharing the details.

Your computer is not meeting the recommended system requirements for After Effects. Also, using a lot of expressions in a project slows After Effects down which is exactly what DUIK does to make a working character rig.
