Rendering issue

My edit has been freezing on one frame toward the end of the first transition, has anyone had a similar issue and if so, how did you fix it? I tried downscaling the rendering resolution. I can't increase the amount of RAM to process the frames during rendering. I am using the latest After Effects and it says on Creative Cloud that it is up to date.

 My specs:

Cpu-13th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-13700F 2.10 GHz

GPU-Nvidia RTx 4060ti 8gb vram

Ram- 48 GB 6000mhz T Force ddr5 ram

Operating system-Windows 11 home
