rendering not working

ive been trying to render my compostion all day. everytime it renders, my 3d text bugs out and doesnt how or just flashes green. i think ive fixed that issue but now i get this error code whenever i try to render: Error code: -1609629695

i dont know what to show that would help find the issue but i will send screenshots if needed.

Without any actual system info, details about your project, render settings and so on we can't tell you much. The green flashes and the 3D glitching out likely simply means your hardware acceleration stuff isn't working correctly, so check the relevant settings and update your graphics driver. Everything else requires more info.
