Hello Community
i´d like to work on a server in a data center. I use After Effects local, the files and the aep file are stored on the server in the data center. For the renderprocess i use Media Encoder. Starting the render process causes a warning that files can`t be found, but rendering starts - here as an example:

45f04bec-55e7-439f-9e61-2bf7070b6de99d - System can´t find file

6c52f795-a759-4035-826c-029895ff511 - System can´t find file

When rendering is finished i get the same warning again:
45f04bec-55e7-439f-9e61-2bf7070b6de99d - System can´t find file

6c52f795-a759-4035-826c-029895ff511 - System can´t find file

In the outputfolder i can see:

filename.aac

filename.m4v

filename.mp4.00

filename.mp4

looks like, parts of the process are there, but ME can´t finish the process. Temp files are not deleted

We tried to set the cache differnt locations, local and in the datacenter, but nothing helps. Permission is set. Does anyone know these problems?

thanks a lot

Following ToolfarmJP's advice, I'd also strongly reccomend first rendering out an image sequence - any slight network dropout will result in the whole video being lost, but if you render an image sequence, if a dropout occurs you only have to render from that point onwards.

You check the file from the data center. In order to pretend the local path, the directory mapping is also useful.
