Rendering process not moving and getting stuck.

When I try to export a project the rendering process is stuck and won't move for example it is 8%/ 86/960 frames.The only way it moves a bit is when I turn off multi frame rendering but it doesn't really help.

    Without any details about the render settings, system info, contents of the project and so on nobody can tell you much. You need to be much more specific.

      Output module: QuickTime 

      RAM: 28% used out of 82GB
