So, I'm trying to render an eight second video and whenever I rendered it It took more then 1 gb I retried again and same stuff keeps happening. I tried to re-render another video that was 4 minutes long and it took 50 gb(freaking crazy) what might the problem be? and how can I fix it. "Adobe After Effect" 2020 version

Rendering problems are usually related to render settings.  If you provided your render settings someone might be able to tell you where you're making your error.

Well, no offense, a typical case of "Guy didn't read the online help". You simply used the default output module, which is uncompressed and will of course produce hulking files. Everything else can be learned by reading the help, which really is what you should do ASAP. You'll never achieve much if you don't even educate yourself about such basics.

Classic case of "I know everything and I'm going to patronize you". You could have been nice and helpful but decided not to be. You'll never achieve much if you treat others like that, especially in your personal life, which is far more important than master Premiere Pro. Good luck in your sad life Mylenium.
