Repair incorrectly overwritten video

Please give me a quick answer.

I make a video with the after effect and follow it
The original video is incorrectly overwritten and not outputted because the name is the same as the video. I didn't save the after effect file I was working on. It stopped during coding, overwriting stopped along the way, and the original file flew away.... Is there a way to find it again?
