Repeater shape object on circle (or other forms) in 3D space

Hi everyone, I wanted to know if it was possible to repeat a shape that is distributed in 3D space on a circumference, uppore on a square or corner holder (see image) through the After Effect "Repeater" property. In Apple Motion it is possible to do it, even in simplicity, in AE i can't do it, who has a method or advice? (if it can be done).
