Replace Footage
"Cup-Ball" file link has been broken. How to delink it? because Replace Footage is grayed out.

You are selecting the comp not the footage,
you can either double click on the comp to select the missing footage , or from the composition timeline, right click on the footage , select : reveal footage in project, then the missing footage will be selected in the project panel. you can now right click -> replace footage.
