Replace footage is not opening the window

Hey everyone! I'm trying to import a project from Premiere into After Effects and when I try to replace footage, the window for me to browse and select new path does not open. Anyone has any clue what is happening?

What's the version of After Effects you're using? It could be related to the permissions. Please try the steps mentioned in the following article: https://helpx.adobe.com/in/x-productkb/multi/preferences-folder-read-only-error.html
