Replacing missing illustrator files

Hi, can anyone help me? I was just editing in After Effects and Illustrator, then I saved the AI file, but all the AI files that were already uploaded to After Effects disappeared (I think it's because I saved it twice).

does anyone know how to restore these files? i really need it for my uni assignment😭 I’ve tried replacing the file with the same one, but it still appears black😭
