Request for After Effects Version 23.6.2 Download (Not Listed in 'Other Versions')

Hi, I need to download After Effects version 23.6.2 for my workflow. I cannot find this version in the Creative Cloud app under “Other Versions.”

Is it possible to download this specific version? I would greatly appreciate your help!

Hi there, thanks for writing in.

Sorry to tell you that the 23.X is not available to download anymore. Only the latest and 1 previous to the latest version are available.

Let us know if there's anything else we can help you with.

    Thanks,
    Nishu

i don't know if you figured this out but its: 408-536-6000
for you if needed and anyone else who comes across this form page in the future 😄
call them, follow the dial instructions, and tell the customer service person that you need to download whatever apps you need in 23 version. they'll ask for your email and send you download links for all you need!
