Resize font and icons on interface

Managed to resize font for menus, but cannot work out how to resize fonts for left hand side,

Name Type File Size etc, and also trying to increase size of icons in timelne,  Audio, Solo, Lock Shy, 

Motion Blue etc. They are just too small to view properly. Any advice please.
